The Kentucky State Police Post 3 Trooper Island Golf Scramble will be Friday at Kenny Perry’s Country Creek Golf Course in Franklin.

Golfers can register at 7 a.m. Friday for the 8 a.m. shotgun start. The entry fee is $70 a person for a four-person team. The price includes golf, cart, a mulligan per player and lunch.

Proceeds benefit Trooper Island Camp, a nonprofit organization that provides a camping opportunity for children ages 10 to 12 selected from each of the 16 state police post areas.
